Rescheduling, Cancellation, Refunds:

A minimum of 48 hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment without being charged a 50% penalty fee. You must reschedule within 3 weeks of your original appointment and are only allowed ONE reschedule. If you reschedule for a second time, you will be charged a 50% penalty fee and will have to re-book.

Please contact us if you are going to be late. Being more than 20 minutes late to your appointment may result in being charged a 50% penalty fee and the cancellation of your appointment.

Penalty Fees are 50% of the booked service price

All deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure an appointments. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to show up for the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.

All transactions are final and no refunds will be issued.

Previously tattooed or microbladed by another artist:

We require you to send us photos of your eyebrows via email PRIOR to booking to ensure you qualify for an appointment. Previously tattooed and microbladed eyebrows must be nearly invisible. Scar tissue associated with previous tattooing/microblading or tattoo removal may affect pigment retention.

Please email clear photos taken in natural daylight, and no filters please. We will need a portrait photo with a clean face and one of each eyebrow. All previous work will be considered a NEW appointment. We can only work over tattoos that are barely visible.

Failure to mention previous work will result in being charged a 50% penalty fee and the cancellation of your appointment.

bEFORE & after care:

If you are not in compliance with ALL the pre-care instructions, you will forfeit your appointment and be charged a 50% penalty fee. Pre-care instructions are not optional, but a requirement to be eligible to be tattooed.

Aftercare instructions are provided to achieve optimal results, but there is NO guarantee made as we have no control as to what happens during the healing process.

Healed results will vary with each individual client. Makeup may still be needed based on healing process, skin type, lifestyle and service. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. There will be absolutely NO guarantees or promises made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain desired results after your first included touch up. Additional charges will apply to ANY additional touch-up appointments or annual appointments. If you do not schedule your included touch-up within the 6-10 week window, you will charged the regular touch-up price. Please be mindful that microblading will require annual to semi-annual maintenance at annual pricing which can be found on our microblading tab.

Touch ups must be booked no sooner than 4 weeks following your appointment. You must allow your skin to heal before any additional work can be done. We withhold the right to not work on clients who have yet to properly heal. Failure to follow this time line and premature booking may result in being charged a 50% penalty fee and the cancellation of your appointment.

Day of appointment:

Yael Studio is a licensed permanent makeup tattoo studio and legally we cannot allow anyone under the age of 18 to be inside the studio under any circumstances.

A valid ID is required at the time of your service. If you do not have a physical valid ID, we cannot proceed with your appointment and will result in being charged a 50% penalty fee and the cancellation of your appointment.

We are NOT responsible for any parking violation fees you may incur during your appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Our clients journeys are very important to us! We are careful with every detail and decision we make to ensure every step of the way the client is at ease, comfortable and confident to ask any questions during their appointment. We do not begin any procedure until the client and artist are 100% happy with the pre-drawn brow shape, measured area of tattoo and color selected.

covid:

Masks are required, regardless of vaccination status and must be on before entering the studio and worn at all times. If you forget your mask, don't worry, we have plenty available.

In order to maintain healthy business operations and safety guidelines, guests are not allowed.

If you are showing any Covid related symptoms day of your appointment, reach out to us about rescheduling at yaelstudiopmu@gmail.com. Showing up to an appointment sick will result in being charged a 50% penalty fee and the cancellation of your appointment.
